Child advocates speak out against health reform repeal

Health reform is simply too important not to fight for.  Some 8 million American children are without health insurance, and the United States continues to rank poorly for health care access compared to other industrialized nations.  And we’ve heard too many parents tell of the hardships they’ve faced when insurance companies refuse their children care.

That’s why we oppose the health reform repeal being voted on today in the House.  Learn more in our press release.  Although we don’t expect this repeal vote to go much further than the House (and certainly President Obama would veto the repeal, if it made it that far), health reform opponents are seemingly just getting started.
