Election wrapped up, but child issue work ramping up

The 2010 midterms elections — some of them the most controversial and loudest in memory — are over. While we believe too much time was spent on silly diversions (like allegations and repudiations of witchcraft), some positive campaigning on behalf of children’s issues did take place. We’re proud to be able to say that some of it came from us.

I just wanted to thank everyone who participated in the Vote Kids First blog carnival, either by blogging, signing up or just watching. Our roundup of blogger friends is here, our video is still up here, and you can check out our photos of the Sanity rally on the National Mall here or on Facebook.
