Progress on child nutrition

Nearly one in four children lives at risk of hunger.  That’s why Voices is so pleased in the recent progress on child nutrition legislation.  Legislation that passed the House Education and Labor Committee today will help more needy children get nutritious meals during the day. We look to the leadership in the House and Senate to keep the process moving on child nutrition reauthorization. School will start soon, and our children should not have to wait.
